QS Best Student Cities Ranking: Singapore ranked 15th globally

On June 18, 2024, Quacquarelli Symonds, a global higher education analytics company, released the QS Best Student Cities 2025 ranking. The ranking compares 150 cities based on student feedback, university quality, affordability, liveability, employment, and diversity. Singapore ranked 15th globally in the ranking. 。

Evaluates global cities' suitability for international students' studies and life. Six evaluation indicators, including student perspective, attractiveness, affordability of tuition fees, city university rankings, student diversity, and employer appeal of university graduates.

Singapore attractiveness performed best, ranking 11th globally; in student perspective the ranking was 14th globally, leading in Asia. However, Singapore is one of the most expensive cities for international students.

In addition, this ranking includes 36 Asian cities, of which 27 saw rankings increase and 4 remained unchanged.
