Ms. Felinka is an outstanding consultant in the field of corporate internationalization and sustainable development. With her exceptional expertise and extensive practical experience, she has helped numerous companies stand out in the global market. She holds an MBA from Cardiff Business School, University of Wales, and has furthered her studies at the “ASEAN Chinese Business CEOs Executive Program” at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, possessing a strong foundation in international business management knowledge and experience.

Ms. Felinka is a WSQ ACLP Certified Trainer, recognized by the Singapore government, and a registered filing agent by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). She serves as a District Councillor for the North East CDC (2020-2026) and as Vice Chairman of the Hougang CC Management Committee (2023-2024). Additionally, she has been an Integration and Naturalisation Champion for the People’s Association since 2016 and a director for several charitable organizations in Singapore, including the Sian Chay Medical Institution (2023-2025) and the Poh Teck Siang Tng (2024-2025). These roles highlight her exceptional leadership and contributions to corporate management, public service, charity, and community development.

As the leader of the FOZL Group, Ms. Felinka focuses on helping companies with global development. She aims to create "sustainable" learning organizations by customizing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) projects suited to each business.
