Mr. Tang Boon Sun graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, and has accumulated over 18 years of professional experience in audit and accounting services. He spent four years with one of the Big Four accounting firms in Singapore, during which he managed engagements for both listed and private companies across a wide range of industries, including real estate development and construction, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, shipping, trading, and hospitality. Mr. Tang has also been actively involved in initial public offerings (IPOs), agreed-upon procedures (AUP), and due diligence projects, demonstrating strong technical capabilities and professionalism.

Mr. Tang is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, holds a practicing certificate from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), and is registered as a Public Accountant with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore. He has participated in engagements related to companies listed on both the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and Bursa Malaysia.
